Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Information

Our carpet cleaning machinery is a high-powered machine, Featuring a wet-and-dry vacuum and a cleaning solution dispenser which injects the solution & hot water deep into your carpet fibres. Then the powerful vacuum head agitates & loosens the dirt and/or stain and suction lifts it away.

This process requires commercial-grade equipment & chemicals, as well as the correct training in operating procedures. Our team is trained & certified by Course Gate [UKPRN: 10083586], a training organisation hosted by Capernaum Ltd [CN: 383734].

An alternative method to carpet shampooing is steam cleaning. Steam cleaning meets the standards of pest-control by successfully exterminating pests as well as sanitising and preventing outbreaks.

This is based on the commonly accepted knowledge of biologists & entomologists that fleas, ticks, bed bugs, as well as their eggs, cannot survive under temperatures of more than 45°C. Applying steam heated to 100°C for a duration of 30 minutes or more to each room is more than sufficient to kill any remaining pests or allergens.

The RTA stipulates that based on the Residential Tenancies and Rooming
Accommodation Act
2008, "a property manager/owner cannot require a tenant to:

  • use a specific pest control service

  • pay a set fee for a pest control service

  • use a particular pest control product"
